Production-readiness reviews for AI agents and workflows
Your workflow runs in a demo.
What will it take to run in production?
For software teams building AI agents and agentic workflows.
I examine your workflow, code, and runtime behavior to identify failure modes in orchestration, state, tool permissions, human approvals, and evaluations. You get a prioritized plan for what to address before deployment.
Discuss your workflow Explore the reviewKnow where your
workflow can fail.
A successful run shows what’s possible. Before real users depend on it, you need to understand what happens when execution breaks down.
The review connects those questions to your actual system, with concrete findings and recommendations.
- Can the workflow recover after an interruption?
- Could retrying a tool repeat an action?
- Do permissions and approvals hold as work moves between agents?
- Will your evaluations catch the failures that matter?
Evan Mattson
Built on experience developing agent infrastructure.
I’m Evan Mattson. I’ve authored substantial parts of Microsoft Agent Framework and Semantic Kernel for Python, with work spanning agent orchestration, state and checkpointing, middleware, human approvals, and security.
That work requires understanding how workflows recover, how context moves between agents, and how controls affect execution.
I bring that experience to your review, helping your team identify consequential failure modes and decide what to address first.
One workflow. Clear findings.
A practical plan.
We begin with a scoped, paid review of one agentic workflow. We agree on the questions to answer, the deliverables, the schedule, and the fee before work begins.
- A failure-mode assessment
- Grounded in your code, architecture, and available execution traces.
- Prioritized recommendations
- What blocks deployment, what should change next, and why.
- An implementation plan
- Concrete changes, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- A technical walkthrough
- Time to discuss the findings and answer your team’s questions.
You’ll work directly with me throughout the engagement. The plan is yours to implement.
A useful starting point
for teams preparing to ship.
The review fits software teams with an existing prototype of an AI agent or agentic workflow and unresolved questions about deployment.
You might be investigating unreliable runs, adding human approvals, handling persistent state, or deciding whether your evaluations provide enough confidence to release.
We use those concerns to define a focused review.
Implementation,
when you need it.
Your team can take the recommendations forward, or we can scope a follow-on build.
Implementation happens in agreed milestones inside your repository and environment, with working demonstrations, documentation, and handover.

A short description is enough to start.
